Holistic Celebration
Holistic learning is integral to the GGHS method of education. That’s why besides course- based academics, all kinds of fun filled learning activities are also planned especially for the tiny tots in the Pre-Primary section. One of our biggest such activities involves the celebration of various theme based festivals and events throughout the year.
Some of these unique theme based celebrations include Market Day, Bal Swachhata Abhiyan, Doll’s Marriage, Grandparent’s Day, Bal Gopal Caterers, Rainbow Mela etc. which are organized exclusively for the Pre-Primary students. The pupils and faculty also participate in various religious festivals like the Jagannath Rath Yatra, Govardhan Puja, Jhulan Yatra and more.
Through such festive celebrations, we reinforce in our students, the traditional values, rituals, and pride of our ancient Indian culture. This helps them develop a better understanding and appreciation of their place in the world, helping shape them into well-rounded individuals.
